ABOUT CAR AUCTIONS (Almost Right Hand Drive)
In simple words, auction is the place from which authorized Japanese dealers
purchase vehicles and resell them domestically or internationally. Originally,
the auction information has been able only in auction hall and most importers
had to travel to Japan to buy from auctions.
We attend more than 15 auction companies in japan.Therefore, we can get
any car at any time.
At the auction, we only buy cars with 2 or more auction points.
The auction is held every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday.
Please note that we can not send pictures of the car before the T/T, because we only get the pictures of the car a day before the auction.

GRADING of VEHICLE
You or your client may be worry about buying a car without physical inspection.
A grading system is introduced to solve this problem.
In the auction, all vehicles are inspected by the licensed professional technicians.
Strict check is given to overall condition, engine, interior, exterior, accident history of the vehicle.
Dealers who manipulate vehicle data (such as odometer data) are subject
to lose their licenses.
After inspection, cars are graded as following and the grades are very
reliable.

Vehicle is like new. All original body parts. No repair needed on vehicle.
Usually only given to vehicles less than 3 years old. |

Vehicle is in excellent condition. No slight scratches or dents. |

Vehicle in good condition, few scratches/dents due to normal wear as you
would get with
any normal vehicle. |
| 3.5 |
Vehicle has a few scratches or dents visibly. The grade is usually given to
a vehicle in average condition. |

Various scratches or dents, some paint blemishes. |
| RA |
Vehicle has been in MINOR accident. It has been repaired to an acceptable
standard. |

A vehicle which has been in an accident where some parts have been repaired
or replaced. |

Accident damaged vehicle however has not been repaired. Vehicle may have
engine problems. |
Basically, the higher the grade, the higher the price, however, price depends
on not only the grade. Such factors as mileage, options, number of demand
at that day may affect the price.
To ensure that you ordered a good quality vehicle, we strongly suggest you to order one with
grade 4 or higher. |

- Step 1
- Please inform us the vehicle you need. Model, year, grade, color, AT/MT,
mileage,
- FOB or CIF budget, etc..
- We will send you the proforma invoice. Please sign and send back..
- Make a deposit it by T/T(Japan yen) or Wire Transfer(Japan yen) to our
bank with note "DEPOSIT" and notify.
- us by e-mail or fax. Contact us for the amount of deposit..
- Your deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE until the bid is successful..
(Bank process charges will be deducted on the refund)

Step 2
We will check our account.
- After we received T/T from you.
We will bid for the ordered vehicle.
As soon as the bid is successful, we will email you an invoice for the
balance.
- (Balance = FOB + FREIGHT *** ー Deposit Paid)
We will send pictures to you that you got in the auctions.
Step 3
IMPORTANT !!
- We don't know the low of your country regarding this. Because, the regulation
of every country is a frequently changed body. Examine a rule in the country
by yourself by all means.
- Please to check Import vehicle regulation your country.
- Pay the balance within three days of the successful auction and fax us
a copy of bank transfer.
- We only accept japanese YEN(JPY).
Step 4
We will ship your vehicle by the first available vessel and send original
B/L by Registered Airmail to your street address.
- Having an original B/L, you will receive your vehicle at your country port.
- TOTAL COST (C&F) OF VEHICLE
- = FOB + FREIGHT (It changes by your country port.)*** ーDeposit Paid
